I have done plumbing for a lot of people that have put in concrete counter tops instead of granite. They were all pleased with the products, but since they had never used granite counters in the past there was no way they could make a direct comparison. Still might be something you check out before spending thousands of dollars on granite. Price wise I believe the cost is similar to granite counter tops.
